These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of fruitfulrooster.com, stand.fruitfulrooster.com, and our products, services, memberships, and communications, operated by Major Grace Inventions LLC (d/b/a Fruitful Rooster). By using our site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases, enter into a membership, or opt in to text messaging. By using our services you represent that you meet this requirement.
We offer apparel and related goods. We strive for accuracy in descriptions and pricing but do not warrant that all content is error-free; we may correct errors and cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Squarespace); by purchasing you agree to their terms.
Memberships such as the Elevation Alignment Circle are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method the recurring fee. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Description of SMS use cases. If you opt in, Major Grace Inventions LLC (d/b/a Fruitful Rooster) sends recurring marketing and campaign text messages, which may include: campaign updates, product drops and restocks, event announcements, special offers, membership news, and community updates.
Message & data rate disclosure. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan.
Opt-out instructions. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Carrier liability disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Donations in support of our campaigns (including through third-party platforms such as GoFundMe) are voluntary and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms.
All content on our site — including designs, logos, "MAJOR GRACE™," "FRUITFUL ROOSTER®," text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to Fruitful Rooster and protected by law. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fruitful Rooster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fruitful Rooster from claims arising out of your use of the site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
